I note that according to a NSW Health Care Complaints Commission Media Release, dated 9 Mar 2016, the anaesthetist, Dr Kirsten Morgan has been reprimanded “in the strongest possible terms” for her conduct in your Hunter’s Hill hospital on 31 Jan 2011.

Yet she is claiming that she still does works in your hospital!

Could this possibly be true?

I would have thought that patients in a private hospital would be entitled to hope that they wouldn’t be treated in the way that Dr Morgan treated a patient under her care in the first place, but that they certainly wouldn’t be subject to the risk of a repeat performance by someone with Dr Morgan’s track record, as established in a full hearing before the NSW Medical Professional Standards Committee.
